HOW AND WHEN ARE EXAMS OFFERED?
The students can take their exam online from anywhere.
In most cases, exams can be taken at various dates based on student’s convenience.
Online exams are conducted timely basis. Time will be scheduled based on request. More details will be provided to the students during admission process.
WHAT IS THE EXAM BASED ON?
The exam paper of IIMRA is based on the course syllabus, industry standards and our internal market research body’s recommendations.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR THE EXAM?
Candidates can get sample question papers with answer upon request. Contact IIMRA course head for sample papers.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE EXAM?
Exam pattern and time will be fixed based on the nature of the question paper.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SCORE NECESSARY TO PASS THE EXAM?
A minimum score of 60% is required to pass the exam.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I PASSED THE EXAM?
Candidates will be notified immediately/within few days once they have submitted their computer based exam. For those who fail the exam, they will be provided with additional information, specifically the Knowledge areas that require their attention.
IF I FAIL THE EXAM, CAN I HAVE THE EXAM RE-SCORED?
Yes, a request can be made to IIMRA Course head to have the exam re-scored. It is done free of cost for one time.
WHAT IF I FAIL THE EXAM ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT? IS THERE A SECOND ATTEMPT?
Yes, you are permitted to take up the exam again. Second attempt can be taken at free of cost. If a student fail in both first and second attempts, then he/she need to pay the exam fees again (USD 150).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T TAKE THE EXAM ON THE DATE I REGISTERED FOR?
If you missed the exam date without cancelling in advance, you are considered a no-show and you forfeit the exam fee. However, if there were extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency, these will be considered with the proper documentation such as a doctor’s note. Every case is assessed on an individual basis.
