MaPS/Kantar Analytics is seeking a dynamic hi-potential market research professional to help deliver a unique value proposition to our Fortune 100 clients in a linchpin Sr. Director/Principal role. Ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach and demonstrated track record of accelerated success leveraging their custom market research expertise, masterful storytelling, talent mentorship and client management skills to deliver actionable insight projects.

At MaPS, Senior Directors are the hands-on critical value generators who execute projects, provide client advisory, and grow client relationships. A level below Partner, these are linchpins who influence the strategic direction of the firm.

As a Sr. Director, your responsibilities include:

Performing end-to-end program coordination of large quantitative research and analytic studies.
Day-to-day management of client market research and analytics engagements.
Interpreting data and driving statistical analyses; and developing reports, presentations and client deliverables.
Managing and developing junior team members.
Identifying and qualifying business opportunities and developing proposals.
Masterful storytelling, crafting for clients compelling actionable insights.
Interpret advanced statistical model outputs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
