Your primary responsibility will fall within the analyst groups at Kantar Consulting’s Retail and Shopper Practice (Business Analytics, Category Analytics & Advisory, and Research). You will function as members of that group while being exposed to all other areas of the business. This role is based in Norwalk, CT. Design projects to address key business questions and develop actionable insights, solutions, and recommendations for clients
Lead Fortune 500 clients in project initiatives and business development planning
Manage multiple projects alongside consultants, from project proposal to insights delivery
Collect, interpret, and analyze data using in-house resources, third party providers, or custom research techniques
Present key findings to clients and internally
Proactively communicate to clients via email, web conference, phone calls, and on-site meetings
Further develop knowledge and expertise across Consumer Packaged Goods categories and markets

All undergraduate majors with a minimum GPA of 3.3
Strong interest in business, shopper marketing, consumer goods, and retail
Detail-oriented with strong quantitative skills and analytical abilities
Logical thought process and ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
Leadership initiative and strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving and critical thinking skills — ability to synthesize large amounts of information to uncover compelling and actionable insights
