The role of the Global Research Assistant in this regard is to:

Support the surfacing and mapping of new research methods to existing protocol solutions or creating new ones, working closely with the Global Kantar BAT Research Team.
Support the creation, curation and dissemination of insights knowledge content. This includes working closely with key members of the Leadership Team and other internal Kantar teams to create insights content to deliver in different account-based forums and support any roll-out with markets.
Support the management of major strategic account research workstreams e.g. Operational Transformation, Rhythm of Insights, Network Agenda, etc working closely with the Kantar-BAT Account Leadership Team. This includes creating content, liaising with internal Kantar teams and managing logistics.
Provide support for Account-based Client Satisfaction programmes and financial analysis, working closely with key members of the Leadership Team.
This is a great opportunity for a researcher of 1-3 years’ experience keen to get some working experience in a highly dynamic and challenging environment, interacting with senior team members and getting involved in the business-related aspects of running a successful global Kantar account.
The Global Research Assistant role is designed to provide support to the BAT Account Global Team in achieving its Workstream objectives for 2019, as aligned with the BAT GSP&I client.

Kantar Team BAT has an evolving but essentially research-based set of aims which include retooling, operational process redesign, delivery of a rhythm of insights and development of a clear data strategy. All of these streams are developed centrally but rolled-out to the Network (40+ markets). The role of the Global Research Assistant in this regard is to:
