Responsible for day-to-day project and client management
Manages up and down to ensure effective project planning, quality delivery and profitability management
Line manages one or more individuals and supports their work and development
Conducts quantitative research across the UK and internationally

Has expertise in quantitative data collection and analysis methods, including online, face to face and telephone methods
Acts as key contact for clients on a project by project basis, ensuring quality delivery whilst managing client expectations
Oversees all set-up and project management duties on mid to large level projects
Leads on research tool development, including script development, sample frames and analytic templates. Works autonomously on delegated tasks (e.g. set-up, analysis, reporting)
Manages projects, liaising with operations and managing set up, project monitoring, data analysis and reporting
Identifies and specifies analysis (including complex analysis) to put data across clearly and effectively drafts presentations/reports/deliverable’s which address the key objectives and tell a story with clarity and insight
Participates in client presentations as appropriate
Responsible for post project financial reviews, identifying leanings to manager

Meets individual deadlines, flagging potential issues and solutions to the project manager
Manages multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Delivers tasks in relation to relative value of the project/business, flagging up potential overruns to the project
Supports business development activities via brainstorms and idea generation, writing tenders for small projects and pulling together costings
Builds effective relationships with field and operations colleagues
Responsible for upwards communication of successes and areas for improvement
Takes active responsibility for Personal Development Plan and proactively participates in own appraisal
Effectively uses available resource to progress own learning and actively participates in self-development and training to improve professional competence and knowledge
Actively seeks out information and builds networks across Kantar Public UK and Global
