The CHRO Global Enabling Functions is a newly created role in the Global HR Leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan across our Enabling Functions such as IT, Marketing, HR & Finance. Here you will lead a team of Functional HR Directors, being ultimately accountable for the quality of support and delivery. You will also be providing strategic direction to the Operations organisation as an HR Partner, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management.

Play a key leadership role helping transform the Operations Business and implementing the new organisational structure with emphases on change management and transformation agenda.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
Be the strategic business advisor to the Kantar Global Operations Leader / Leadership Team regarding key organizational and management issues.
Work with the Operations Leadership Team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the Kantar Operations Business.
Build clear plans that continue to evolve and improve the quality of support provided to Kantar Functional Leaders.
Provide thought leadership, guidance, coaching, performance management, and co-ordination to the team of Functional HR Leaders.
Participate as a key member of Kantar HR Leadership Team bringing forwards ideas, proposals and recommendations based on their prior experience beyond the specific CHRO Global Functions role.
