THE ROLE AND THE TASKS:
The successful candidate will work across a portfolio of clients in the provision of Social Media and Digital solutions to
better understand commercial investments within the sport and entertainment landscape. Nielsen Sports manages a
blue chip client base including major professional sporting bodies, major sponsor brands and television broadcasters.
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
Translation of data driven insights into client focused insight
Develop client reports and presentations with focus on the goal of the end user.
Work collaboratively with internal subject matter experts such as Market Research, Traffic and Data, Media &Consultancy
Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence in deliverables.
Study sports industry trends and insights to deliver impactful reports to all clients.
Aid in driving the renewal process for clients within account group with a focus on retention and upsell
Supervision of the Nielsen Sports Social Media tools like Social24, Profiler, Listening, Social 2.0, etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Successful candidate will have:
1-2 years of experience in account management and digital projects
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
Experience within sports sponsorship highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of and keen interest in sports business and sponsorship landscape
Self-starter with excellent initiative and communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
